Abstract

OBJECTIVE: to analyze the welfare crisis and explain the causes in which the Welfare State entered into crisis as a consequence of the few social compensators, despite a State that intervenes as a regulator and benefactor of economic life and in search of harmonious coexistence in the social, economic and political spheres. METHOD: deductive, scientific and analytical, because the development of the theoretical framework started from the general to the particular, knowing various elements of the phenomenon to be studied in order to understand it. RESULTS: the study of the Crisis of the Welfare State provides information for legal scholars who want to know about this type of government system, as a source of information CONCLUSION: the model of the Welfare State falls into crisis when the State as the largest benefactor does not have enough social compensators, therefore it must be compatible with the capitalist and socialist systems to develop policies that allow the fulfillment of its goals, such as the common good, without economic imbalances such as rising prices and inflation, so that its inhabitants do not emigrate to other countries due to lack of material resources.
