Anti Estado (El gobierno de las mafias)

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: to establish from the principles of legality how the mafias hinder the good development of the State. METHOD: by reading and researching various books on democracy, principles of legitimacy, political legitimacy, political philosophy, thereby being able to define how the mafia government constitutes an Anti-State. RESULTS: democratic characters are models of behavior modeled by ideals and values, not infrequently utopian. We are witnesses of paradises that materialize in hells, of ideals and utopias that not only fail, but turn into opposition to themselves. This orders to implant an interaction between facts, ideals and utopias, between what should be and what is. CONCLUSION: this characterization indicates, if extended, that the size at which democracy takes place increases the population that argues and, of course, our dispute. What is not good enough is that it increases the de facto dispute and reduces the actual controversy.
